1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Wellversed Seller Program through seller.wellversed.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in the program.

2. Seller Program Description

The Wellversed Seller Program allows approved partners to purchase Wellversed products at wholesale prices for resale. The program includes product access, marketing support, and seller tools as described on our website.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Seller Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid business or be willing to operate as an individual seller
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India
• Not have been previously terminated from the program

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Wellversed reserves the right to modify wholesale pricing with reasonable notice to sellers. Payment terms are as specified in your seller tier agreement.

5. Orders and Delivery

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply based on your seller tier. Delivery timelines vary by location and tier. Wellversed is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, logistics disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Damaged or defective products may be returned within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Returns due to seller's change of mind are not accepted. Refunds or replacements are processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

7. Brand Usage

Sellers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wellversed branding and marketing materials solely for reselling authorized products. Sellers must not alter, modify, or misrepresent any Wellversed branding or product information.

8. Prohibited Activities

Sellers shall not:

• Sell counterfeit or unauthorized products under the Wellversed brand
• Engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical sales practices
• Sell below the minimum advertised price without prior approval
• Transfer seller privileges to a third party
• Make unauthorized health claims about products

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the seller relationship with 30 days written notice. Wellversed reserves the right to immediately terminate sellers who violate these terms. Upon termination, the seller must cease all use of Wellversed branding.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wellversed's liability to any seller shall not exceed the total amount paid by the seller in the preceding 12 months. Wellversed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction in India.

12. Changes to Terms

Wellversed may update these terms from time to time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance.
